Went today and the experience was a 100/10. I used the dog washing station with no problem. The staff was so welcoming and friendly. Walked around the store peacefully with no issues. Got to the end to pay for my dog washing service and it was no tax. The cashier Jamion (so was the lady on the other side) he also offered my dogs treats at the end. I had a bad week so this experience was just peaceful and welcoming.

I used their self serve pet wash for our 100lb dog . They supply everything and it only costs $9.99. If you have a big dog it's a no brainer.

Do not bother to take your dog there for the $10 wash center. It is NASTY!! Two times I’ve tried now and couldn’t stand the smell in there, fur everywhere, no clean towels, and the huge trash can for dirty towels was over flowing. Also there is only one station available as the other is broken.

I love Tractor Supply. Im able to shop for my dog and my little piggy. My dog loves their toys and she's an aggressive chewer. The toys aren't made from cheap materials and I can appreciate that for her. I also get to bath my kane korso for free!! The staff have been very informative and also very polite. I have no complaints. Ive visited the TSC in Lyons New York also and they were very nice as well. We're TSC for life!!

Wasted time out of my life trying to purchase from this store. I had to impromptu take care of some dumped kittens so I ordered a couple litter boxes to be used with pine pellets. Figured I would go pick them up after work, so I drive 20 minutes to go pick them up 3 hours after ordering. They're not ready when I get there (I should've double checked for confirmation but this was 30 minutes before close, the website said it would be ready today, and I figured it wouldn't take them 3 hours to grab the 4 items I ordered). So I waited for 15 minutes just for an employee to approach me and tells me they didn't have the litter boxes I ordered. It said they were in stock online, it let me order 2 of them, and I could've been warned ahead of time that they were out of stock if the (seemingly not busy) employees didn't wait until I was in the store right before close to go find my items. Wasted an hour of my life trying to buy from this store don't do the same. Not coming back or changing my review unless they make it right.
